The Air Force Personnel Center announced on May 20 that they will be releasing the 2010 E7/MSgt promotion list and cutoff scores on Thursday, May 27, 2010 at 8 am Central time (1300Z). AFPC stated that the promotion rate for this promotion cycle is 24.85 with an average cutoff score of 341.18. The average time in grade was 4.49 years and time in service of 15.88 years.
