You can expect the 11E8 Promotion Cycle lists and statistics to be published on the Air Force Personnel Center’s (AFPC) site on March 10th at http://www.afpc.randolph.af.mil/promotions . Look for the press release on the AFPC home page within 7 days prior.

UPDATE 2/28: Changed expected release to March 10 from March 3 after hearing that authoritative sources are saying March 10.
